Cancellation Policy
50% cancellation fee - all scheduled appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
I understand emergencies or family/work obligation happen may result in a missed appointment. However, when you do not call/text to canceI your appointment you are preventing another guest from scheduling a service at that time.
No show without notice will result in 75% cancellation fee of scheduled appointment.
