A 2.6% processing fee applies to all card transactions at checkout. To avoid this fee, cash is always welcome — there is no processing fee for cash payments. Please note: checks, Venmo, and CashApp are not accepted. All cash payments must be exact, as change cannot be provided. Return Policy: All services and retail purchases at Southern Roots are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason. Once a service has been completed, all sales are FINAL. Why do I need a card on file? • Your debit or credit card helps to securely hold your appointment. Don’t worry — your card will not be charged until after your service. Cancellation Policy
50% cancellation fee - all scheduled appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
I understand emergencies or family/work obligation happen may result in a missed appointment. However, when you do not call/text to canceI your appointment you are preventing another guest from scheduling a service at that time.
No show without notice will result in 75% cancellation fee of scheduled appointment.
